Agreement creation and owners

You can create a lease agreement for an asset, which will appear under the lease agreement tab on the asset card. Key details such as the owner entity are defined to clarify who owns the asset during the lease term.

Mileage limits, expiration dates, and alerts

You can set a mileage limit (e.g., annual mileage allowance) and a contract end date for the agreement. The system can alert you in advance as the limit or end date approaches, ensuring enough time to decide whether to extend the contract or replace the asset.
